    Duram offers an 8-year quality guarantee on Flexikote. When correctly applied and reinforced with Duram Duramesh membrane, Flexikote will form a barrier against water and moisture for at least 8 years. This guarantee applies in the event of Waterproofing Failure - which is defined as the ingress of moisture and penetrating damp as a result of Flexikote cracking, puncturing, or peeling from its surface – and is subject to the following terms and conditions. Duram offers a 12-year quality guarantee on Rainkote. When correctly applied and reinforced with Duram Duramesh, Rainkote will form a barrier against water and moisture for at least 12 years. This guarantee applies in the event of Waterproofing Failure - which is defined as the ingress of moisture and penetrating damp as a result of Rainkote cracking, puncturing, or peeling from its surface – and is subject to the following terms and conditions. Duram offers a 12-year quality guarantee on Rainkote Fibre-Tech, except in areas of long-term ponding such as fish ponds, water features or flat roofs without good drainage. Water has varying levels of pH (acid / alkaline), salinity, iron content, hardness, contamination and temperature. Ponding water can therefore impact on Rainkote Fibre-Tech’s long-term performance. When correctly applied, Rainkote Fibre-Tech will form a barrier against water and moisture for at least 12 years. This guarantee applies in the event of Waterproofing Failure - which is defined as the ingress of moisture and penetrating damp as a result of Rainkote Fibre-Tech cracking, puncturing, or peeling from its surface – and is subject to the following terms and conditions.  
    Health and Safety
    Skin contact: wash thoroughly with soap and water. Eye contact: flush immediately with water for 10 - 15 minutes and contact a physician. Respiratory problems: remove affected person to fresh air immediately and contact a physician.  
    Safety
    Flammable in wet state. Keep out of reach of children. Wear rubber gloves and protective clothing. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Duram 195 bonds to skin, clothing etc. and is very difficult to remove once cured. If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Use in a well ventilated area to prevent build up of solvent vapours. Avoid breathing solvent vapours. May cause coughing and lung irritation, headache, dizziness, nausea. If swallowed, contact a doctor or poison control centre. Do not induce vomiting. Drink water.  
    Storage
    Unopened containers - undercover in cool dry area below 30 degrees Celsius. Opened containers – use within 24 hours. Cool dry place below 25 degrees Celsius. Container should be well sealed.
