Do not operate with damaged, coiled or tangled supply/extension cable. Keep cable away from the cutting blades. Use only genuine Lawn Star (Pty) Ltd. replacement parts when servicing or repairing the unit. These parts are available from your supplying dealer or service agent. Use only genuine Lawn Star replacement cutting blade Part No. M-002-35 or DY0322-6. To prevent electrical shock hazards, use only extension cables suitable for outdoor use with splash-proof socket outlets, preferably protected by a sensitive Residual Current Device (RCD) with tripping current of not more than 30 mA. Pull the plug from the socket whenever you leave the machine unattended, before clearing a blockage, before checking, before cleaning or working on the appliance, before changing parts such as the blade, after striking a foreign object (inspect the appliance for damage and make repairs as necessary) or if the appliance starts to vibrate abnormally (check immediately).
