    Tiles are guaranteed before being laid especially when it comes to size, shading and tonality.
    Please ensure all that you have the same batch and shade number. (Printed on the side of the box)
    Ensure that you do not under-order as the same batch number may not be available if you run short.
    Please ensure that you clean any spillages timeously with warm water to avoid stains - Red wine wax, Coffee etc.
    The 1 year guarantee applies to General Wear and Tear within the Specification and intended use of the tile.

    Storage
